CA Omkar M. Shitole is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is engaged in professional practice through Omkar M. Shitole & Co.

He appeared for the CA Final Examination May 2025 at the age of 21 and cleared the same in his first attempt. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) with 94.33%.

He has completed his articleship of 3 years with CA Subodh V Shah and Company, where he was involved in assignments relating to accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

​

He is presently engaged in providing professional services in the areas of direct and indirect taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
