CA Omkar M. Shitole is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is engaged in professional practice through Omkar M. Shitole & Co.

He appeared for the CA Final Examination at the age of 21 and cleared the same in his first attempt. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He completed his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) with 94.33%, and his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with 89.60%.

He has completed his articleship with CA Subodh V Shah and Company, where he was involved in assignments relating to accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance.

He is presently engaged in providing professional services in the areas of direct and indirect taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
